Public & Infrastructure Finance partners W. Michael Hanna, Richard D. Manoloff and Michael L. Sharb have once again collaborated with Daniel Jaffe (Case Western Reserve School of Law professor and former Squire Patton Boggs lawyer) to author Ohio School Law, 2018-2019 ed. (Baldwin's Ohio Handbook Series). Ohio School Law contains the authors' text from Baldwin's Ohio School Law in a handy portable format, with cross-references to federal and state statutes and case law.
Creating this publication was a team effort among the Public & Infrastructure Finance Practice. Senior attorney Heather R. Baldwin Vlasuk took a featured role in recommending updates to the edition’s finance chapters. Partner Gregory J. Viviani advised on retirement issues and associate Emily R. Spivack advised on special education issues. Practice group members Ryan K. Callender, Anthony E. Core, Michael A. Cullers, J. Wesley Kerns, Katherine G. Petrey, Matthew L. Sagone and Ben Tobias also contributed updates to the 2018-2019 edition of the publication.
