US and EU Release Preliminary Tariff Lists Amid WTO Aircraft Subsidies Disputes; Launch Comment Processes

    Update: On April 17, 2019, the European Commission launched a public consultation period on a preliminary list of products from the United States to be considered for countermeasures in its own separate case against the United States.
