Next Steps in the OECD/Inclusive Framework’s Digitalization Project

    The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is expected to release a public consultation document regarding its program of work on tax and digitalization in early October. The document will solicit comments from business and other stakeholders on a range of issues related to a proposed formulary approach to allocating certain multinational business profits among different countries, and a proposed global minimum tax regime.
