The Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC’s) Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau), along with the Office of Managing Director, have now issued a Public Notice (Notice) providing guidance to successful COVID-19 Telehealth Program (Program) applicants on invoicing for the funds that were approved.
