Dallas, TX, August 16, 2011—Patton Boggs LLP recently expanded its Real Estate and Business practices with the addition of Marc A. Myrin as a partner in the firm’s Dallas office.
Mr. Myrin focuses his practice in real estate and business affairs, offering counsel to clients in the acquisition and disposition of income-producing real property and raw land, in addition to lease negotiations and documentation. His expertise includes the representation of national restaurant owners and operators in leasing and liquor licensing matters and permits. Mr. Myrin’s experience also extends to asset and stock purchase agreements and sales, mergers and finance arrangements. Before joining Patton Boggs, he was a member of the real estate and real estate finance practice at a full service, global law firm headquartered in Texas.
“Marc is a considerable addition to both the firm’s Real Estate and Business practices,” said Michelle Suarez, managing partner of the firm’s Dallas office. “His broad-range of experience will add substantially to the Dallas team and bolster the strength of the firm overall.”
