On April 24 Squire Sanders launches its environmental blog, frESH: Perspectives on Environmental, Safety & Health, which will provide observations and insight on significant environmental, safety and health developments from around the world. frESH will offer a forum for discussion on expected policy shifts, influential opinions and decisions and compliance obligations. Through contributions from members of its Environmental, Safety & Health Practice Group, who reside across five continents, along with occasional guest submissions from colleagues in related practices, frESH will provide a truly global perspective on environmental, safety and health matters.
The Squire Sanders Environmental, Safety & Health Practice Group began in the US before the US Environmental Protection Agency was formed. While remaining in the forefront of environmental law in the US, our practice has expanded internationally along with the expansion of the firm, serving the needs of clients around the globe. The practice is led by Karen A. Winters, a partner in the Columbus, Ohio office and Rob Elvin, a partner in the Manchester, UK office. frESH will be edited by environmental lawyers, Jessica E. DeMonte (editor-in-chief), Caroline Almond, Lianne Mantione and Louise Roberts.
