For the second year in a row, Squire Sanders partner Eligiusz Krześniak has been named a leading lawyer by premier Polish business and legal newspaper Rzeczpospolita. In its 12th annual rankings, Mr. Krześniak is recognized in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) category. Those surveyed for this ranking recognized the TMT sector as the most dynamic and fast developing area in the market, and one which requires its lawyers to constantly update their legal knowledge.

Mr. Krześniak’s practice focuses on energy, telecommunications and media, information technology and intellectual property matters, including some of the largest projects in those areas in recent years in Poland. His top clients include T-Mobile Polska S.A. network controlled by Deutsche Telekom, Google UK, and China National Electric Engineering Co. Ltd., among others.
Mr. Krześniak is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars and the author of numerous articles published in Polish legal magazines and newspapers. He is also the author and co-author of six books and commercial laws in Poland, Germany, and the US.
