Squire Patton Boggs won Corporate & Commercial Team of the Year at the Yorkshire Lawyer Awards, held at New Dock Hall in Leeds last night.
The ceremony, now in its 15th year, saw some of the region’s most talented lawyers recognised for their achievements.
The Leeds Corporate team was recognised for its work on many of the region’s high profile deals, advising on the Poundworld, Redhall, Pirtek and Wireless Logic acquisitions, the buyout of Camira, various Business Growth Fund investments and the sale of Volvox.
