Squire Patton Boggs senior associate Michi Tsuda has been named to Denver Business Journal’s “40 under 40” Class of 2016, which recognizes professionals who demonstrate outstanding business ethics, work for the betterment of the community and possess exemplary leadership skills.
Mr. Tsuda is a recognized expert in both US and international regulatory healthcare issues. His practice focuses on advising hospitals, pharmacies, physician groups, health maintenance organizations, management services organizations, private-equity funds, sovereign governments and health-related joint ventures in operational, regulatory, transactional and litigation matters.
In addition to his active legal practice, Mr. Tsuda possesses a longstanding dedication and commitment to community service and pro bono legal work. He focuses materially on four major organizations in Denver: The Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN); The Boulder County Farmers Market; The Second Wind Fund; and The Right Step. Additionally, as a former board member of the Colorado Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Mr. Tsuda mentors members of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association from both Denver University and Colorado University law schools.
The winners will be honored on March 17 and profiled in a special report publishing March 18. With this year marking the 20th anniversary of “40 under 40,” winners from the past 19 years will be invited back for the special occasion.
