Squire Patton Boggs partner Jaime R. Daddona has been selected as one of the “Most Influential Women in Arizona Business for 2016” by Az Business magazine. The annual list honors “innovators, trailblazers and leaders of industry” who are “changing the face of Arizona business.”
Winners were selected from a pool of more than 1,000 candidates by the editorial team at Az Business and a panel of experts. The women will be honored at an August 25 reception at Desert Botanical Gardens.
Ms. Daddona’s practice focuses on corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, commercial transactions, securities offerings and compliance, and corporate governance.
Ms. Daddona is also active in community and charitable organizations and has a particular passion for music and the arts. She served as a member of the board of directors of the Phoenix Symphony from 2012 to 2016, is active in the Greater Phoenix Economic Council’s International Leadership Committee and is also a director of My Help Button, a nonprofit dedicated to suicide prevention.
Ms. Daddona was named to Phoenix Business Journal’s 2015 Class of 40 under 40 and is recognized as a Rising Star in Southwest Super Lawyers, a distinction that recognizes lawyers under the age of 40 or those in practice for 10 years or less.
