Firm Lands Senior Property and Agribusiness Partner – Michael Swift to Boost Real Estate Offering

    We are delighted to advise that Michael Swift has joined the partnership, effective 3 June 2019.

    Michael will join the firm’s Real Estate Practice, working alongside partners Mark Palermo (Perth) and Dannelle Howley and Rahul Parrab (Sydney). Michael will also work closely with Perth managing partner and head of the Australia Asia Desk, Tony Chong, to further enhance the firm’s rapidly expanding inbound investment offering.

    Michael’s practice incorporates a wide range of property and project transactions, including major infrastructure projects, transaction structuring, hotel developments, property subdivision and developments, strata title unit developments, joint ventures aviation and airport development, large-scale acquisitions and disposals, and agribusiness. His extensive network of both domestic and international clients includes public companies, sovereign funds, developers and government bodies.
