Dear Clients,

As health organizations and governments around the world work to contain the coronavirus (COVID-19), we all continue to experience in real time its far-reaching implications on businesses, the financial markets and our own personal lives.

These are certainly concerning times and I want to personally assure you that Squire Patton Boggs is taking all necessary steps to protect our personnel and ensure that service to our clients remains uninterrupted. As a global firm with 45 offices in 20 countries, we have implemented extensive measures around the world to maintain safe working environments and give our personnel the flexibility to navigate this very fluid situation. We have also built a robust IT infrastructure that enables our team to provide seamless services and access to our resources from anywhere across our global platform.

Additionally, we have also created a multidisciplinary global working group of lawyers to help clients navigate the rapidly evolving business, legal and operational challenges associated with the COVID-19 outbreak.
