Firm Wins Litigation of the Year at 2021 Global Competition Review Awards

    Squire Patton Boggs has won Litigation of the Year – Cartel Defence at the Global Competition Review (GCR) Awards 2021 for its role in the German Automotive Manufacturers Antitrust Litigation.

    The Squire Patton Boggs team, led by San Francisco partners Eric Knapp, Troy Yoshino and Jenny Grantz, helped to secure a dismissal with prejudice in the US District Court for the Northern District of California (Case number 3:17-md-02796).

    The GCR Awards are based on a nominations process followed by a readers' vote of the outstanding contributions made by law firms, antitrust lawyers, economists, enforcers and academics in connection with the biggest cases from 2020.
