Sebastian Špeta joined the firm in 2020 as an associate with five years of previous work experience in the field.

    A graduate from Masaryk University in Brno, during his studies, Sebastian successfully participated in various competitions in the area of negotiations and M&A while representing his university as a delegate at UNCITRAL meetings in Vienna on electronic commerce.

    In his practice, Sebastian focuses on corporate and IT and IP law, banking and finance, and capital market regulation. Sebastian has participated in a variety of M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border, and provided advice to both strategic investors and start-ups.
