Zainab Al Sadooni is an associate in the International Dispute Resolution Practice based in London. She is a New Zealand qualified lawyer with experience working on international construction and engineering arbitration. Zainab’s knowledge and experience further extend to corporate, employment and data privacy law in Qatar.

    Prior to joining the firm, Zainab interned at the International Energy Agency, where she acquired experience in intellectual property, information technology and energy law. Additionally, Zainab worked as a junior barrister in New Zealand, where she was responsible for drafting and representing clients in various fields of law including civil litigation, employment, commercial, criminal, family and immigration matters.

    • Advising a client in an International Chamber of Commerce arbitration with respect to a multimillion-dollar complex construction and engineering dispute.
    • Providing legal support on commercial and employment matters, as well as drafting various agreements for a prominent Qatari hospital.
    • Assisting in providing legal advice on Qatar labour law, data privacy compliance and corporate law to various entities.
    • Involved in employment fact finding investigations and drafting supporting reports detailing findings and recommendations in Qatar.
    • Assisting in providing legal advice on the establishment of an international and local engineering consultancy office in Qatar.
