Alfredo Amoedo’s practice focuses on representing clients in complex commercial and class action litigation, including matters involving intellectual property, securities, unfair competition and consumer fraud. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including pleading and pleading attacks, discovery and related motion practice, dispositive motions and trial preparation.

    While in law school, Alfredo served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William H. Alsup, US District Court, Northern District of California.

    • Defended consumer goods and services companies and automotive manufacturers in complex commercial disputes, class actions and multidistrict litigation proceedings alleging claims under consumer protection statutes, as well as privacy, warranty, labeling, fraud and other disclosure laws.

    • Sayler v. Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC et al., No. 5:18-cv-01271 (N.D. Ohio June 4, 2018) (pre-pleading attack dismissal based on aggressive strategy).
