David Archer is a litigation associate who works on a wide range of complex and high-stakes commercial and business disputes.

    David has experience handling civil litigation in federal and state courts, including the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida’s Complex Business Litigation Division, as well as criminal matters and appeals.

    Prior to joining the firm, David was an associate at a leading Florida law firm. Before attending law school, David worked as a UK-based parliamentary lobbyist, as well as for a multinational company listed on both the FTSE 100 Index and the NYSE.

    David serves as Legal Counsel and Member of the Board of Directors of the British American Business Council Miami.

    • Litigated complex tort and subrogation claims arising from airplane crashes within the US and abroad on behalf of an irrevocable trust created following the bankruptcy of an aircraft manufacturer.
    • Assisted with internal investigations, as well as responses to governmental investigations for public and private companies.
    • Investigated entities in an international Ponzi scheme as counsel to the bankruptcy trustee.
    • Represented both businesses and former employees in trade secrets and non-compete litigation.
    • Prevailed at Florida’s 3rd District Court of Appeal on the question of whether a particular type of protective case management order was appealable as a non-final order granting an injunction.
    • Represented Venezuelan nationals who were victims of international banking fraud.
