Rebecca Aspbury is a director in our Corporate Practice. Her expertise covers private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and complex reorganisational work.
Rebecca has an extensive transactional background, having historically advised on a wide range of mergers, acquisitions and private equity deals. As a member of the private equity portfolio team, Rebecca’s main focus is now on supporting private equity houses and management teams in relation to ongoing equity and portfolio issues and management (including reorganisations) and preparation for exit.
