Chang Baek is an associate in the Financial Services and Debt Finance Practices. His practice focuses on commercial financing transactions involving lenders and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities.
Chang received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2021. While there, he served as a senior editor of Case Western Reserve Law Review and a president of the Asian Law Students’ Association. Additionally, he clerked for an Ohio-based national bank, where he conducted research on various areas of banking and finance law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Washington.
