Paula Baquerizo Pera

Paula Baquerizo Pera is a member of our Litigation Practice Group, based in the Madrid office, providing advice to national and international clients, both on civil and commercial disputes.
Paula studied at the Universidad de Navarra, where she obtained her law degree in 2021. In 2023, she obtained a master’s degree in access to the legal profession from the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja and a master’s degree in criminal law and criminal procedure from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
Paula speaks English and Spanish, and became a member of the Madrid Bar Association in 2024.
- Representing and advising national and international clients, in relation to contractual and tort claims in civil and commercial matters of all kinds (insurance sector, energy, construction material manufacturers, agency contracts, distribution, etc.).
- Representing and advising national and international banking institutions in numerous legal proceedings relating to the validity of certain mortgage loans granted for investment purposes, enforcement (ordinary and foreclosure) and corporate matters.
