  • Advised an investee company of a global private equity firm on bolt-on acquisitions across the technology sector in the UK.*
  • Advised an HNWI (the founding partner of a leading UK private equity firm) on the acquisition of a hotel in the Cotswolds.*
  • Advised Daystar Power Group on a US$10 million investment from Verod Capital (a private equity firm) and a US$38 million investment from a consortium of investors, including the development finance institutions of Denmark and France, STOA (a French impact infrastructure fund) and Climate Impact Solutions Fund LP (a fund managed by Morgan Stanley Investment Management).*
  • Advised a leading vinyl enterprise on several investments across the technology and media sectors in the UK.*
  • Advised a UK clean energy startup on its bridge round funding.*
