Brandon Bell is an associate who focuses his practice on consumer warranty litigation, including the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and fraud claims.

Brandon is experienced in examining consumer claims to provide comprehensive case evaluations. He has litigated numerous cases, and routinely handles cases from inception through trial. Brandon directly counsels clients regarding litigation, settlement, dealer relations and best practices.

While attending Loyola Law School, Brandon was a member of the Transactional Negotiation Team and worked as a research assistant in the reference department of the William M. Rains Law Library. Brandon also interned with a criminal judge in Pasadena and with a legal technology company in Santa Monica.
