Natalie Bellwood is a partner specialising in labor and employment law. She advises a wide range of corporate clients across a variety of sectors including media and advertising, sport, and hospitality and leisure.

Her practice covers all aspects of employment law, in both the contentious and non-contentious fields.  Her contentious experience spans the Employment Tribunal, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the High Court. Natalie also enjoys developing and presenting bespoke client training sessions and is a regular speaker in the practice's workshop programme.

In Natalie's day to day practice, she helps businesses to manage difficult disciplinary and grievance issues; the planning and implementation of redundancy programmes; executive recruitment and severances; and managing long-term ill-health and capability in the workplace.

Natalie also works across practice areas to advise on the employment-related issues associated with mergers, acquisitions and provision of services, and she regularly advises on the practical aspects of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE), particularly in the field of service provision change.
