Ari Bental is an associate in the International Trade Practice. He advises clients on matters pertaining to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) review process, export controls, sanctions, trade remedies and government contracts.

    During law school, Ari served as a Note & Comment Editor for the American University Law Review, which published his comment on standing to challenge government enforcement actions concerning information and communications technology and services (ICTS) transactions under Executive Order 13,873.
