Coline Bied-Charreton is a labour and employment of counsel based in Paris. She advises French and international businesses on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.

    Coline advises on day-to-day employment matters, as well as complex transactions (such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, TUPE and outsourcing), pensions and benefits, staff representatives, and health and safety at work. She also has extensive expertise in international mobility and compliance matters and a strong litigation practice, representing clients before numerous tribunals.

    • Advised and assisted international hotel chains and telecom companies on mass litigation initiated by dozens of small companies and/or independent contractors who claimed to be de facto employees.
    • Reviewed the global compliance programme and delegations of authorities for multinational groups, such as a major submarine cable company, a well-known French liquors group and a luxury industry group.
    • Advised international groups on the hiring and departure of key managers.
