Lucinda is an associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency team. Lucinda’s experience encompasses complex commercial litigation matters including high profile securities class actions in the Federal Court of Australia.

    Lucinda’s experience spans a range of complex commercial litigation matters. She represents clients in various commercial disputes, particularly involving breaches of the Corporations Act and encompassing areas such as misleading and deceptive conduct claims and professional negligence.

    • Involved in a matter for the responsible entity of a managed investment scheme in an action against the previous scheme auditors for negligence and breaches of the corporation’s law.
    • Acting for the applicant and group members in several class actions brought by investors against Standard & Poor’s relating to credit ratings assigned to certain synthetic collateralized debt obligations.
    • Representing a foreign national in an appeal to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal regarding several notices of assessment issued by the Australian Tax Office.
