Ole Bödeker is an associate in the Labour & Employment Practice based in our Berlin office. He advises and represents national as well as international clients in and out of court in the areas of labour and employment law. Additionally, he advises in fields such as pensions, social security law and business immigration.

    Ole has extensive expertise regarding temporary employment agencies and flexible personnel assignments. In particular, he advises companies on issues relating to agile working and "Work 4.0". A further focus is on labour law in connection with social security funds in the construction industry (SOKA-Bau). Ole is a sought-after speaker for seminars on employment law.
