Edward Boucher
Associate
Edward Boucher is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group, based in the Birmingham office. He advises on a broad range of commercial real estate matters and has experience in landlord and tenant work (including lease acquisitions and renewals), corporate real estate, freehold purchases and sales, as well as commercial and residential development matters.
Edward qualified in September 2024, after completing a two-year training contract with the firm, with seats in property litigation, construction, financial services, corporate and real estate. He sits on the firm’s social mobility focus group and engages with local industry group events across the Midlands region.
