Rebecca Brown is a litigator and trial lawyer, with experience handling a variety of cases in both federal and state courts, as well as in private arbitrations.

    Rebecca has particular experience in litigating healthcare disputes, cases arising from business contracts, consumer warranties, and class action litigation. She has represented clients throughout all stages of litigation, including initial client interviews, drafting of pleadings and motions, propounding and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, appearing in trial court and handling appeals.

    During law school, Rebecca was a member of the pro bono Honors Society and was the recipient of the Diversity Leadership Award, the Student Diversity Scholarship and the Earl B. Gilliam Bar Association Scholarship. In private practice, Rebecca has continued to pursue her passion for social justice by also serving as pro bono counsel in criminal appeals.
