Dr. Kaddy Camara is a technical advisor in the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group with a background in chemistry and biotechnology. She has experience assisting with drafting and prosecuting US and foreign patent applications for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. She also has experience assisting with patentability searching, freedom-to-operate analysis, chemical obviousness analysis and landscape analysis through the evaluation of the client’s and competitors’ patent portfolios.

    Kaddy has academic and industrial research experience and extensive technical knowledge in the design and the synthesis of compounds, drug discovery and development. She is an inventor on three patent applications, and has co-authored several original research articles in peer-reviewed journals.
