Victoria is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in Birmingham. She has more than 20 years’ experience working in the real estate field.  Her work involves acting for a wide range of businesses that use or deal in real estate assets. She has particular expertise in commercial investment acquisition and sales and asset management. Victoria also has experience in dealing with the development and sale of investment property in the private rented sector.

    In the residential development arena, Victoria deals with strategic land acquisition, options, promotion agreements, joint ventures and collaborations, as well as the conversion of office buildings under permitted development rights. In the investment sphere, Victoria is experienced in the requirements of banks, funds and other institutions in the acquisition and financing of prime and other real estate investments, particularly offices.

    Victoria is active in a number of business and community organisations. She is a member of the Investment Property Forum, a Trust Governor for Aston Manor Academy in city centre Birmingham and a trustee of Smart Works Birmingham, a charity that supports unemployed women looking to get into the workplace by providing a dressing and interview coaching service.
