Jaime Carr qualified into the Commercial Litigation team in September 2019 after completing her training contract with the firm. During her time in the team, Jaime has assisted with a wide variety of litigation, including claims relating to contractual and shareholder disputes, commercial debt claims and breach of confidentiality claims for a diverse client base, ranging from SMEs to PLCs.

    • Advising on a breach of confidentiality dispute for a global distributor against a former consultant and assisting with the retrieval of confidential information.
    • Acting on a variety of disputes seeking the recovery of unpaid monies owed pursuant to contract.
    • Advising a variety of clients upon termination of contract issues.
    • Assisting on a court approved share sale by way of a scheme of arrangement for a multimillion pound global game developer.
    • Advising on a breach of fiduciary duty and misappropriation of funds claim against a director and shareholder.
