Paula Casado is a member of the International Dispute Resolution Practice group of Squire Patton Boggs. Her practice is focused mainly on representation in civil and commercial legal proceedings and drafting written demands, resources, settlement agreements and all type of writs. Additionally, she handles debt claims arising from factoring agreements and commercial contracts. Recently, Paula’s work has focused on insolvency law, primarily in defending the interests of creditors against bankruptcy debtors.

Prior to joining the firm, Paula prepared the public entrance exams to become a Judge and she passed the first exam. This experience had provided her with an intense theoretical training in the general theory of law and civil, commercial, criminal and procedural law.
