Amanda Campa is a member of our global Corporate Practice based in our Phoenix office. Her comprehensive corporate practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, general corporate law and governance matters, securities law and commercial contracting matters. Amanda has experience representing public and private entities across a broad range of industries, in both domestic and international transactions. Amanda’s practice includes advising public companies with respect to periodic SEC reporting, compliance and general securities matters. In addition, Amanda counsels and provides legal services to emerging companies.

In her civic activities, she has worked on human trafficking, immigration and animal welfare matters across the Southwest. In addition, Amanda regularly volunteers to serve the community. As part of her pro bono practice, Amanda has counseled tax-exempt organizations on formation and governance matters and successfully represented veterans in front of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
