Braford Clements is an associate within the firm’s Tax Strategy & Benefits Practice.

    Bradford’s practice focuses on domestic and international tax considerations related to the efficient structuring of transactions and business relationships. He advises fintech investors and sponsors, along with institutional investors, in connection with investments in P2P lending, private equity, real estate and opportunity zone projects. Drawing on his past experience as a trial and appellate prosecutor, Bradford represents clients in a wide assortment of tax controversies. Bradford also counsels clients on partnership taxation and various tax credits programs.
