    • Preparing, negotiating and advising on various commercial contracts for both suppliers and customers, including warehousing and logistics agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution agreements, agency agreements, services agreements and equipment hire agreements.
    • Preparing, negotiating and advising on various IT agreements, including SaaS agreements, software licence agreements and software development agreements.
    • Advising a steel manufacturer on its complex, business critical services arrangement with a port operator.
    • Advising numerous Premier League football clubs on their sponsorship arrangements, including shirt sponsorship, shirt sleeve sponsorship and stadium sponsorship.
    • Advising two Premier League football clubs in relation to their kit supply agreements with a global sports brand.
    • Advising an international manufacturer of cosmetics and hygiene products in relation to the licensing of two of its brands.
    • Preparing various standard business documents and precedents, including distribution agreements, standard terms and conditions for the purchase and supply of services and the supply and purchase of goods.
    • Advising on key business contracts in the context of multimillion pound corporate transactions.
