Joshua Crawley is an associate in the Corporate team based in the Manchester office, working with clients in the local market, nationally and internationally.

    Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Joshua worked in Newcastle before gaining experience in the legal corporate team at a “Big 4” professional services firm in Manchester.

    Joshua's experience lies in corporate sales and acquisitions, private equity investments, fund raises and company reorganisations.

    • Advised On the Beach Travel Limited (a subsidiary of FTSE 250 On the Beach Group plc) on its acquisition of Classic Collection Holidays Limited.
    • Advised ECI Partners on the management buyout of Arkessa, a leading Internet-of-Things managed services provider.
    • Advised on the sale of Galliford Try's 45% interest in the Priority Schools Building Programme North East Batch Project to Infrastructure Investments Holdings Limited.
    • Advised ECI Partners in their investment in The Clear Group, an award-winning independent insurance broker with over 30,000 clients and handling in excess of £100 million of premiums.
    • Advised NYSE listed Belden Inc, on its acquisition of Snell Advanced Media Limited.
    • Advised on the investment of a Gibraltar-based insurance company and the sale of an associated UK claims handling company to a closed-end investment company listed on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange for an undisclosed fee.
    • Advised on the reorganisation, dividend in specie, capital reduction demerger and sale of a Manchester-based furniture business to La-Z-Boy Inc.
