Priyesh Dave has been qualified since 2015 and is an associate in the Labour & Employment team. He advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues for a range of clients, both national and international.

    He has experience advising on the full life cycle of employment relationships with employees, including interviewing, right to work checks, drafting template and bespoke service agreements and contracts, advice regarding disciplinaries, grievances, reasonable adjustments with regard to disabled employees, bespoke executive severances and settlement agreements.

    In addition, Priyesh has experience with business reorganisations, including site closures, TUPE transfers, delivering training to clients and HR teams, and review of data subject access requests and the redaction of personal data.

    Most recently, Priyesh has advised clients with regard to the PENP taxation provisions affecting terminations and PILONs.

    Priyesh also works on due diligence and identifying risks affecting any share and business asset purchase.

    Since qualification, Priyesh’s contentious work has covered managing claims involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, victimisation, whistleblowing detriments, wrongful dismissal and holiday pay. His experience includes working on a widely reported tribunal claim, involving unfair dismissal and discrimination issues, for an international client.
