    Cal Diolúin is an associate in our Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group based in our Sydney office.

    Cal trained and qualified as an insolvency litigation lawyer in one of Ireland’s leading commercial firms. He gained significant experience advising banks, private equity funds, insolvency practitioners, receivers and creditors in relation to all forms of contentious disputes. He completed a six-month client secondment with an international asset servicing company prior to returning to Sydney.

    • Advised on the sale of distressed national loan portfolios to private equity funds.
    • Advised leading financial institutions on security enforcement and litigation strategies.
