Stanislav Ďurica’s practice focuses on employment, general corporate, litigation and arbitration matters and intellectual property.

Stanislav advises Slovak and foreign multinational companies on all areas of individual employment law, in particular on hiring, restructuring, transactions, employee transfers, personnel adjustment measures, termination of  employment and related disputes (especially when top management is involved).

He is also part of our Labor & Employment team, providing to our clients a new, innovative and competitive platform – Global Edge – which has substantially increased our client offering. This enables us to advise our multinational clients with little input from outside counsel going forwards, saving them both time and costs.

Stanislav has experience with providing clients with commercial advice in litigations and arbitrations, including those with international aspects. He has participated in a number of the largest due diligence processes in Slovakia and has prepared and reviewed a number of various legal documents, analyses and legal opinions. Moreover, he advised foreign multinational companies on all areas of industrial property law and especially in the law of trademarks, unfair competition, trade secrets law, trade name law and reputation protection of legal entities, in particular on questions of proceedings and disputes before the respective Slovak state authorities or EU authorities and courts, in transactions, registrations, oppositions, cancellations, licenses and other matters with respect to IP law in Slovakia, including disputes and settlements regarding unfair competition and infringement of IP rights.

Prior to joining the firm, Stanislav worked as an associate in the largest law office in Slovakia for more than 12 years.

Stanislav participated in the Social Affairs Committee of American Chamber of Commerce.
