Aldana Fernandez advises clients in a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract issues, data privacy, consumer protection and trademark/copyright counseling. Aldana also advises clients on general business matters.
Aldana has assisted in the analysis and review of agreements in the course of due diligences processes, in both local and international transactions. Additionally, she has experience with not-for-profit organizations, both domestic and foreign, in connection with incorporation, structuring and advising on day-to-day operations.
Besides participating in numerous seminars, conferences, certified courses and continued education trainings on commercial and financial law, Aldana attended the program “Global Skills Awards,” held by the University of Kent, UK. She also completed, with distinction, an LL.M in International Commercial Law at the University of Kent. Her dissertation, “Responsible Lending in the Modern Consumer Society: A Critical and Comparative Analysis Between Developed and Developing Countries”, is available at Kent Library.
