Hannah Field is a lawyer in our Labour & Employment Practice Group, covering all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law. Hannah is also a regular contributor to the firm’s employment law blog.
Hannah provides support to in-house counsel and HR professionals on a wide variety of matters, including drafting and reviewing service agreements, consultancy agreements and other contractual and policy documentation. Hannah also advises both individuals and companies on settlement agreements.
Hannah has particular experience in handling employee data subject access requests, advising on approach and managing the review process from receipt to response.
Hannah also advises a range of clients across all sectors on employment issues such as working time, family leave, grievance and disciplinary procedures, redundancy procedures and recruitment and dismissal. Hannah’s contentious experience includes defending claims of unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and various types of discrimination.
