Jake Foreman
Associate
Jake Foreman’s practice covers all aspects of corporate work across a range of sectors, including domestic, international and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity corporate reorganisations and restructuring, and general corporate advice.
He carries experience from previous in-house roles in the financial investment sector, advising on UK infrastructure, property development, and offshore renewable energy projects.
Jake is active in a number of mentoring schemes with a focus on working with first-generation law students.
