Matúš Franko is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. He focuses on general corporate, M&A, competition law and capital markets and regulations.
Prior to joining the firm, Matúš worked for three years as an associate in a renowned Slovak law firm, and he also gained experience as an in-house lawyer for a state-owned asset management company.
In addition to various corporate transactions, Matúš has experience in representing numerous clients in proceedings regarding the notification of concentrations in front of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic.
Matúš has provided advice to clients in various proceedings in front of the National Bank of Slovakia, such as setting up an alternative investment fund manager, proceedings on prior consent, delisting of shares from the stock exchange and other regulatory matters.
