    • Advising Russian and foreign companies on various aspects of commercial and contract law and reviewing commercial agreements.
    • Advising clients on general corporate law matters for Russian companies, as well as branch and representative offices of foreign entities in Russia, maintaining corporate documents of clients, such as drafting the minutes of participants’ general meetings and corporate documents for convening of the board of directors’ meetings.
    • Advising clients on procedural issues involved in the registration of companies and representative and branch offices of foreign companies, including registration of making changes to constitutional documents.
    • Advising clients on employment and migration-related issues, such as obtaining residence permits or work visas for foreign nationals, as well as drafting employment agreements and agreements on termination of employment.
    • Participating in due diligence projects involving review of commercial agreements and conducting legal research of regulatory issues.
