Ketan M. Ganase is an associate in the Miami office with a practice focusing on both US-based litigation and international dispute resolution, particularly in Latin America and the MENA region.

    Ketan’s litigation practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including all manner of contract, healthcare, product liability, tort actions, and labor and employment matters. His international disputes practice includes appearances in arbitrations under the ICC, DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, CRCICA and in the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts.

    Prior to practicing law, Ketan worked as a supply chain manager for a large US defense contractor.

    Ketan is actively involved with the University of Miami School of Law, serving as a coach to investment arbitration teams in the International Moot Court program.

    • Representing an employer in a dispute arising out of the construction of the US$15 billion international airport in Qatar.
    • Representing a Latin America oil and gas company in international arbitrations under the ICC Arbitration Rules.
    • Representing a UAE-based development company in a DIFC-LCIA arbitration governed by UAE law.
    • Representing a multinational development company in a DIFC arbitration governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    • Representing a multinational oil and gas company in a CRCICA arbitration governed by the laws of Egypt.
