Trevor has defended corporate executives, foreign nationals, financial institutions and municipalities against allegations of bribery, fraud and insider trading, and violations of US sanctions and export controls. Trevor has represented clients in proceedings before the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), foreign law enforcement and numerous federal courts.

    Prior to entering private practice, Trevor completed a clerkship for the Honorable Irene Berger, US District Judge for the Southern District of West Virginia.

    Trevor is an instrument-rated pilot endorsed to operate high-performance and complex aircraft, and is also licensed to operate commercial unmanned aerial systems.
