Nina Gašparíková is a registered legal trainee in the Corporate Practice Group, following a two-year law clerkship with the firm.

    On an ongoing basis, Nina advises clients on all aspects of general corporate matters, as well as on a wide range of business law matters, including international sales and acquisitions of companies, asset deals and conducting related due diligence comprising corporate, commercial and real estate issues. Nina advises multiple employers on daily labour and employment agendas, including on collective redundancy, unlawful termination, discrimination cases and cross-border mobility.

    In addition to her corporate experience, Nina has participated on various real estate matters, including assisting foreign investors in connection with real estate development projects in the Slovak Republic.

    Nina is a registered legal trainee with the Slovak Bar Association.

    • Advising Lincoln Electric on various business and employment matters, as well as on the subsequent liquidation of Lincoln Electric s.r.o., a local subsidiary.
    • Advising a Slovak subsidiary of a science-led global pharmaceutical group to cover various areas of expertise, including general corporate, M&A, business transactions, regulatory and competition law and licensing, including in relation to labour and employment law, taking into account the specifics of the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Advising the foreign embassy in Slovakia in pre-litigation strategy and available legal options in a sub-lease relationship in relation to the unacceptable condition of the premises.
    • Advising a client in relation to the acquisition of a large real estate property area for the purpose of the development of a residential neighbourhood in Czech Republic, including due diligence regarding corporate, insurance, employment and financing matters.
    • Assisted in advising multiple employers on daily labour and employment agendas, including on collective redundancy, unlawful termination, discrimination cases and cross-border mobility.
