    • Acted for the management team of Bellvedi Limited, a software specialist operating in the rail industry, in its disposal to Tracsis plc.
    • Acted for the branch manager in effecting the management buyout of a Scarborough-based electrical wholesaler. 
    • Acted for a family-owned international packaging business headquartered in the Netherlands in its acquisition of a Liverpool and Glasgow-based heavy-duty packaging supplier. 
    • Acted for the owners of a York-based cladding contractor in demerging its business operations under section 110 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
