    Marie-Elisabeth George joined our Paris Labor & Employment team in 2018 after prior experience in other Paris law firms.

    Marie-Elisabeth has a Master’s degree in Labor and Employment Law, as well as a Lawyer-Linguist degree in Legal Translation.

    Her experience covers all aspects of collective and individual employment law matters in France, including advising companies on hiring, working time, disciplinary measures and termination of employment contracts.

    She also helps companies manage their staff representatives (e.g. elections, information and consultation processes, negotiations and collective bargaining agreements) and assists clients with business reorganizations and relocations, as well as employment due diligence.

    Her practice includes representing companies in litigation before French Labor Courts and Social Security Courts (disputes relating to working time, harassment, occupational accidents and terminations of employment contracts) and negotiating settlement agreements.
